Warranty Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

At SHAPPLE, we inspect and quality-check eligible devices before sale. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available for products purchased from SHAPPLE, including Premium Renewed devices and other products specifically sold with a SHAPPLE warranty.

1. SHAPPLE Warranty Coverage

Eligible Premium Renewed devices purchased from SHAPPLE come with a 6-month SHAPPLE warranty from the invoice date, unless a different warranty period is clearly mentioned on the product page or invoice.

The warranty covers eligible technical and functional defects that occur during normal use within the warranty period.

2. What the SHAPPLE Warranty Covers

Subject to inspection and diagnosis, warranty coverage may apply to functional hardware problems such as:

  • Device not powering on due to an eligible internal hardware defect
  • Charging-related hardware defects
  • Speaker or microphone hardware defects
  • Camera hardware defects
  • Button or other functional hardware failures
  • Network/connectivity hardware defects
  • Other internal functional defects confirmed by SHAPPLE

Our technical team must inspect and diagnose the device before confirming warranty eligibility.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The SHAPPLE warranty does not cover damage or problems resulting from:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Cracked, broken or physically damaged displays
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Drops, impacts, dents or external damage
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Unauthorized repair or servicing
  • Opening or tampering with the device
  • Modification of hardware
  • Problems caused by incompatible third-party accessories
  • Problems caused by third-party applications
  • Software-related problems
  • Operating-system or software-update-related issues where there is no covered hardware defect
  • Normal cosmetic wear, scratches or signs of use
  • Loss, theft or damage caused by external circumstances

Any evidence of unauthorized repair, opening or tampering may make the device ineligible for SHAPPLE warranty service.

4. Display Damage

Physical damage to the display after purchase, including cracks, impact damage, pressure damage or other accidental damage, is not covered under the SHAPPLE warranty.

If a display-related problem occurs without physical or liquid damage, SHAPPLE will inspect the device to determine whether the issue qualifies as an eligible technical defect.

5. Battery

Battery performance naturally changes with usage and age. Therefore, normal battery degradation resulting from regular use is not considered a technical defect.

If the battery develops a confirmed functional hardware problem during the applicable warranty period, SHAPPLE will inspect the device and determine warranty eligibility.

6. Software & Updates

Software issues, third-party applications and problems arising solely from operating-system updates are generally not covered under the SHAPPLE warranty.

However, if inspection determines that a reported issue is caused by an eligible hardware defect rather than software, it may be considered under the applicable warranty.

7. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support, contact SHAPPLE and provide your purchase invoice or order details.

The device must then be submitted to SHAPPLE for inspection where required.

Our team will:

  1. Verify the purchase and warranty period.
  2. Inspect the physical condition of the device.
  3. Run appropriate diagnostics.
  4. Determine the cause of the reported problem.
  5. Confirm whether the issue qualifies under the warranty.

Submitting a device for inspection does not automatically mean that the issue is covered under warranty.

8. Repair or Replacement

If SHAPPLE confirms an eligible warranty defect, we may provide an appropriate repair, replacement or other resolution, depending on the nature of the problem and product availability.

A replacement device, where applicable, may be of the same or comparable model/specification depending on availability.

Warranty service does not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund.

9. Brand New / Sealed Products

Brand New or Sealed devices may carry an applicable manufacturer warranty, depending on the product.

The warranty applicable to a sealed device will be mentioned on the product listing, invoice or communicated at the time of purchase.

Where manufacturer warranty applies, claims may need to be handled through the manufacturer’s authorized service process and remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

10. Used Products

Warranty coverage for Used devices may vary by product.

If a Used product includes a SHAPPLE warranty, the applicable warranty duration and conditions will be stated on the product page, invoice or communicated at the time of purchase.

11. Warranty and Returns

Warranty coverage is separate from returns and exchanges.

SHAPPLE does not provide a return or exchange simply because a customer changes their mind. If a technical problem is reported, SHAPPLE must first inspect and diagnose the device.

If an eligible technical defect is confirmed, SHAPPLE will provide the appropriate resolution under the applicable warranty and SHAPPLE policies.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Proof of Purchase

Customers should retain their SHAPPLE invoice throughout the warranty period.

SHAPPLE may require the invoice, order number, IMEI/serial number or other purchase information before processing a warranty claim.
