Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing or using the Shapple website (shapple.in) or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shapple.
01 —

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order with Shapple, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you are accessing Shapple on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use the Shapple website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

You must not:

  • Use our site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, server, or database
  • Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functioning of our website
  • Use automated tools or bots to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our site without written consent
  • Impersonate Shapple, its employees, or any other person or entity
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or transaction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these conditions, without notice or liability.

Products & Pricing

Shapple offers a curated selection of premium smartphones and accessories, including devices from Apple, Samsung, and other authorised brands. We carry two categories of products: brand-new sealed devices sourced directly from authorised distributors, and Shapple Renewed — professionally refurbished devices that have been inspected, tested, and certified to meet our quality standards. All listings clearly indicate which category a product belongs to.

  • New sealed products — Every new device sold by Shapple is 100% brand-new, factory sealed, and sourced from authorised distributors. We do not sell grey-market items
  • Shapple Renewed — Renewed devices are professionally refurbished, fully tested, and sold with a Shapple warranty. Cosmetic grades and any known imperfections are clearly disclosed on the product listing
  • Pricing — All prices displayed on shapple.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Errors — While we strive for accuracy, errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing, with a full refund issued
  • Product images — Images displayed are for illustrative purposes. Actual product colour and appearance may vary slightly due to display settings and photography conditions
  • Availability — Stock levels are updated regularly but cannot be guaranteed in real time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund

Orders & Payment

Placing an order on Shapple constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us via WhatsApp or email.

Accepted payment methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps)
  • Debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and other major networks)
  • Net banking via major Indian banks
  • Cash on delivery for eligible orders within Bangalore (subject to order value limits)
Payment Security: All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Shapple does not store your full card details. Your payment information is encrypted end-to-end and is never accessible to our staff.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent, or where payment verification cannot be completed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

GST invoices are issued for all purchases. Please ensure your billing details are accurate at the time of ordering, as invoices cannot be modified once issued.

Delivery & Shipping

Shapple currently serves customers across Bangalore. We aim to deliver all orders within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery area — We primarily serve Bangalore and select surrounding areas. Delivery to other locations may be arranged upon request — please contact us at support@shapple.in
  • Tracking — Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via WhatsApp and/or email
  • Delivery attempts — Our delivery partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time
  • Delays — While we endeavour to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly
  • Inspection on delivery — Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, please note it with the delivery person and contact us immediately

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the product to the delivery address you provided.

06 —

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, our return policy is as follows:

  • 7-day return window — You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact
  • Shapple Renewed returns — Renewed devices may be returned within 7 days if the device does not match the disclosed condition grade, or if a defect is discovered that was not listed at the time of purchase
  • Damaged or defective products — If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Wrong product — If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection and delivery of the correct item at our expense
  • Non-returnable items — New sealed products that have been opened, activated, or used are not eligible for return unless faulty. Accessories (cables, cases, screen protectors) are not eligible for return once opened
  • Refunds — Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds may reflect sooner; card refunds may take up to one billing cycle
To initiate a return, contact us at support@shapple.in or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorisation from our team.
07 —

Warranty

Warranty coverage differs depending on whether you purchase a new sealed device or a Shapple Renewed device:

  • New Apple products — 1-year limited warranty from Apple India, with the option to purchase AppleCare+ for extended coverage
  • New Samsung products — 1-year manufacturer warranty from Samsung India, with service available at authorised Samsung service centres
  • New other brands — Warranty terms as specified by the respective manufacturer
  • Shapple Renewed devices — Covered by a Shapple warranty for the period stated on the product listing (typically 6 months). Warranty service is handled directly by Shapple; claims can be raised via support@shapple.in

Warranty claims for new devices are handled directly by the respective brand's authorised service centres. Shapple will assist you in the process where possible, but is not responsible for the outcome of brand warranty assessments.

Warranty does not cover: Physical damage caused after purchase, liquid damage, unauthorised modifications or repairs, consumable parts such as batteries unless damage has occurred due to a defect, and damage caused by accidents or misuse.

Shapple's obligations under these Terms are separate from and in addition to any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Shapple website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Shapple. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website without our express written permission
  • The Shapple name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of Shapple Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Third-party brand names and logos (Apple, Samsung, etc.) displayed on our site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their display does not imply endorsement or affiliation
  • User-generated content (such as product reviews) submitted to Shapple grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and publish such content on our platform

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shapple. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our website will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free
  • Any defects in our website will be corrected
  • Our website or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

Privacy

Your use of Shapple is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at support@shapple.in to resolve any disputes amicably. We are committed to addressing grievances promptly and fairly.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

Shapple reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by sending a notification via WhatsApp or email.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Shapple following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole recourse is to stop using our Services and, if applicable, close your Shapple account.
